The Council is the group responsible for guiding Kolabs at a tactical and operational level. They take the Founders’ direction and turn it into systems, structure, and momentum.

- Manage specific areas of growth, projects, and community direction
- Hold standards of discipline, clarity, and excellence
- Provide leadership and support across the ecosystem
